A man was arrested Thursday morning after a police chase that ended in a crash on the 110 Freeway in the South Los Angeles area.
LAPD officers responded at about 3:30 a.m. to a report of a stolen car on the freeway. The driver crashed near Vernon Avenue and was ejected from the car, City News Service reported.
The man, who was taken into custody, appeared to suffer cuts to the head.
Some lanes on the southbound 110 Freeway were closed for two hours.
