A judge has preliminarily revoked parole supervision for an individual accused of violating the terms of their release, according to a court order filed Aug. 27.

The supervising agency filed a Petition for Revocation of Parole Supervision under California Penal Code sections 1203.2 and 3000.08. The petition alleges that 38-year-old Calese Carron Crowder failed to comply with the conditions of their parole.

Crowder has been arrested at least twice for inappropriate behavior, allegedly sniffing women’s behinds at different businesses in Burbank.

The most recent one took place inside a Walgreens in Burbank, authorities told NBC4 on Aug. 22. Crowder had previously been arrested in July of this year in connection with similar behavior.

After reviewing the petition and supporting documents, Commissioner Robert M. Kawahara found probable cause to support revocation. The individual was remanded without bail.

Crowder, a registered sex offender currently on parole, has a history of similar offenses in Glendale and Burbank dating back to 2021, according to police.

An arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 9, at 8:30 a.m.

Anyone with information regarding the case or individuals who believe Crowder may have victimized them was urged to contact the Burbank Police Department’s Investigations Division at 818-238-3210.
