At least one person was killed in a three-vehicle crash that caused one vehicle to roll over in the unincorporated community of Crest, east of El Cajon on Saturday, authorities said.
The crash was reported shortly before 6:50 p.m. at Dehesa and Sloan Canyon roads, according to the California Highway Patrol. One of the vehicles was a Honda Pilot, a witness told the CHP.
It was not known if anyone else was injured and no information about the person who died was immediately available.
