
The man accused of shooting a driver following a crash outside an East Hollywood nightclub was arrested Sunday, authorities said.
Efrain Villalobos of Lawndale is accused of shooting Fernando Ramirez, who is facing 37 counts of attempted murder in the incident.

Ramirez intentionally drove his car “through a sea of pedestrians” when he crashed into a crowd of people on July 22 outside The Vermont Hollywood near the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and Vermont Avenue, authorities had said.
Villalobos was arrested around 1:15 p.m. by Redondo Beach Police officers, according to the LAPD.
Villalobos is facing felony charges for the East Hollywood shooting.
