Matt Waldron was quality again.
The knuckleballer turned in six solid innings, leading Triple-A El Paso to a 6-3 win over visiting Las Vegas on Sunday.
Waldron (5-2) struck out three, walked three and allowed two runs on six hits in lowering his ERA to 3.82.
The start followed seven shutout innings in his last start for El Paso.
Left fielder Yonathan Perlaza (.868 OPS) drove in two runs on three hits, including his ninth homer.
Second baseman Nate Mondou (.776 OPS) went 1-for-4 with a triple and two RBIs.
El Paso is 49-44.

RHP Jose Geraldo (2-1, 3.00 ERA) struck out two in a scoreless fourth for the win. RHP Tyson Neighbors (3.77 ERA) tossed a scoreless ninth.
HIGH SINGLE-A FORT WAYNE (43-43)
Quad Cities 6, TinCaps 2: LHP Luis Gutierrez (2.45 ERA) struck out eight over five innings of two-run ball in the start. RHP Luis German (0-1, 6.75 ERA) allowed an unearned run in two innings. RHP Sean Barnett (21.41 ERA) allowed three runs in the eighth inning. CF Kai Roberts (.635 OPS) went 3-for-5 with a run scored.
LOW SINGE-A LAKE ELSINORE (40-47)
Storm 3, Visalia 2: RF Victor Figueroa (.889 OPS) went 4-for-4 with a double and a run scored. SS Cobb Hightower (.660 OPS) went 1-for-3 with two RBIs and two walks. 3B Chase Valentine (.615 OPS) went 2-for-4 with a double, a walk and two runs scored. RHP Abraham Parra (2-2, 4.81 ERA) struck out six and allowed two runs in five innings in the win. RHP Vicarte Domingo (3.92 ERA) threw three no-hit innings in relief.
