The Los Angeles Rams are switching things up this season.
In addition to their traditional primary uniform set, the club will debut a new “Midnight Mode” alternate look as part of the NFL’s new “Rivalries” program.
Released on Thursday, the new uniform features a black base with hints of the Rams’ primary blue and yellow colors. Here’s your first look, shown off by quarterback Matthew Stafford and linebacker Jared Verse:

The Rams will wear these uniforms once in 2025, when they host the Seattle Seahawks at SoFi Stadium on Sunday, Nov. 16.
Here are some further details on the design choices, courtesy of the Rams:
“The uniform draws inspiration from the sleek, modern design of SoFi Stadium, representing the energy of the Rams’ House at night, and reflecting the team’s deep connection to Los Angeles, the city where so many work in the dark to earn the spotlight.
“The new uniform boasts intricate detailing inspired by SoFi Stadium’s unique architecture and curvature, Royal & Sol accents designed to mirror the lighting system, detailing on the sleeves, pants, and number set inspired by SoFi Stadium’s monumental perforated semi-translucent roof, and a full horn curl design on the sleeves as a nod to the Rams’ original jersey sleeves – a request often made by fans and brought back to life through this thoughtful design. ‘Rams’ House’ is also stitched inside the collar using the same font as the old Hollywood Park Racetrack which used to sit where SoFi Stadium now resides.”
Fan gear for the new uniforms, including jerseys and sideline attire, will be available for purchase starting Sept. 10.
The NFL “Rivalries” program is kicking off this season with teams from the NFC West and AFC East getting new uniforms for one divisional game each. All eight teams unveiled their designs Thursday, including the division-rival San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals.
The 2025 NFL season will kick off in one week, on Sept. 4, when the Philadelphia Eagles host the Dallas Cowboys on NBC and Peacock.
