One person is dead after a shooting Sunday evening in downtown San Diego’s historic Gaslamp Quarter, according to the San Diego Police Department.
A police official said a suspect had been arrested.
The shooting was first reported around 5:20 p.m. and occurred on Fifth Avenue, between G and F streets.
No other details about the victim or suspect were immediately available.
