
A deadly wrong-way crash in Santa Ana left two people dead and five others injured Monday night.
The multi-car crash happened on Main Street and Warner Avenue at around 6:30 p.m.
Santa Ana police said a driver traveling at a high rate of speed headed northbound on Main Street went into traffic headed in the opposite direction.
The driver crashed with three other cars and left two people dead. Five others were transported to the hospital in unknown conditions.
Police say one of the two fatal victims was the wrong-way driver. It was not clear if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
