The Beyhive is buzzing after Levi’s released its latest ad featuring Beyoncé.
Not because the “Cowboy Carter” singer looked great in all of the denim looks, but because she’s possibly signaling her next music era.
The nearly 90-second ad called “The Denim Cowboy” starts with the singer on a horse, then expands on each of her past advertisements with the denim company. Each of her past ads is broken up into chapters and features a time stamp.
The famous “Launderette” ad is titled “The Ice” and features a corresponding time of 8:53 a.m. The second chapter is called “The Heat,” which is a reimagination of the “Refridgerator” ad and is timed at 5:01 p.m. It shows the ad of Queen Bey working in a diner alongside country singer Willie Jones.
At 9:04 p.m., the “Pool Hall” ad, “The Smoke,” shows the singer decked out in a bedazzled denim jacket and pants. She defeats her opponent in a pool game and wins his jeans. At the end, she is seen leaving the pool hall with the jeans slung over her shoulder. She gets on her motorcycle and heads off.

Fans noted that the ad, starting with her on a horse, signified the beginning of her country music era. They believe that she ended the ad on a motorcycle as a nod to her next genre-bending album to complete her trilogy. The next space the “Alien Superstar” is rumored to invade is rock ‘n’ roll.
“Coming on her horse, leaving with her motorbike. Oh, we love it here, rock and roll is coming!!!!” wrote one fan on the singer’s YouTube page showing the ad.
“THE MOTORBIKE!! ACT III IS UPON US!” wrote another.
“Farewell to Cowboy Carter–something I didn’t know I needed but am so happy to have experienced. BUT…this rock n’ roll era is going to be beyond EPIC,” another said.
The three-part series started with the 2022 release of her dance album “Renaissance.” Act two was her 2024 country-inspired project “Cowboy Carter.” Her song “Levii’s Jeans” with Post Malone sparked the collaboration with the brand.
Fans then took it further by noting that the time 9:04 p.m. coincides with the singer’s birthday of Sept. 4. This year her birthday falls on a Thursday, which is right before the standard Friday release date.
Since she just wrapped up her Cowboy Carter Tour in Las Vegas in late July, fans have been eagerly awaiting what’s next as her country era has come to a close. Billboard Boxscore crunched the numbers and found that the 32-show tour grossed $407.6 million and sold 1.6 million tickets, thus making it the highest-grossing country tour in its history.
While fans await to see if the conspiracies are true, the BEYONCÉ X LEVI’S denim collection will be available starting Aug. 4 on Beyonce.com and globally Aug. 7 on Levi.com and select Levi’s stores.
It includes the Western Crystal ‘90s Shrunken Trucker and the Western Crystal 501 Curve jeans featured in the pool hall ad, along with two other head-to-toe denim sets.
