A police shooting at a gas station in El Monte prompted a heavy police presence late Thursday night.
The shooting was reported around 10:35 p.m. near Durfee and Garvey Avenue.
Details on what led up to the shooting were not immediately available.
Newschopper4 flew over the gas station where officers were seen performing CPR on a person next to a crashed vehicle.
